Q: How and when should interested customers contact you?

A: Customers who are interested in working with me or want more information should contact me anytime directly through email or through the contact me page on my website. I will get back with you as soon as I can!

 

Q: Do you accept commissioned projects?

A: Yes, you can get more information on commissions here.

 

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: Depending on what is being purchased, I accept payments through Cashapp, Zelle, and through the website invoice where I accept all major credit card transactions.

 

Q: Do you offer installment payment plans?

A: No, installment payment plans are not available at this time.

 

Q:  Do you have a return policy?

A: Returns or Exchanges are not accepted. Please reference my policy for my information.

 

Q: Are you interested in being contacted by galleries or agents?

A: Yes! I am willing to be contacted by galleries or agents.


Q: If you print limited editions of your originals, what is the size of the edition?

A: All limited edition pieces are 24”x36”


Q:  Does your print come with a certificate of authenticity?

A: Yes, all prints will come with a hand signed certificate of authenticity and the print itself will be hand signed by me.

 

Q: I selected a “pre-order” option, when will my items arrive?

A: Please check your confirmation email for details on when pre-order items will ship, I make every effort to communicate these details in your email.

 

Q: What if I still havent received my pre-ordered item even after the delivery date?

A:  While I make every effort to communicate accurate delivery estimates around your order, unanticipated production delays for pre-orders do happen. If an item in your order has been affected by a production delay, I will notify you via email ASAP.

 Q: What should I know before pre-ordering?

 A: A few things to note when pre-ordering:

    • Payment is charged immediately at checkout.
    • If you are ordering a pre-order item with a item already in-stock unless otherwise noted, your order will ship when the pre-order item becomes available.
    • Details regarding delays are communicated when information is provided by our print company.  If an update has not been provided, we don’t have the information readily available yet.
